Electronic Arts has now confirmed that they, too, will be holding a presscon at GamesCom. Theirs will last for just an hour, to be followed shortly by Sony’s massive three-hour press-a-thon.

EA’s GameCom presscon is scheduled to take place between 4:30PM and 5:30PM on August 18th, but no details were given as to the content of the briefing. Note that theirs ends 30 minutes before Sony’s whopper, so everyone in attendance will have exactly that amount of time to grab snacks, use the bathroom, and recharge their laptops.
